Behavior Analyst Job Description
Behavioral Health Network is seeking a highly skilled Behavior Analyst to join our team in Western Massachusetts. As a Behavior Analyst, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical services and family consultation using techniques grounded in principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA).
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop specific, focused behavior intervention plans to diminish, extinguish, or improve specific identified behaviors.
- Support the Community Wraparound program by providing assessment and treatment to enrolled children and youth based on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Identify specific objectives and performance goals of enrolled youth and prepare behavior intervention plans according to Behavior Analytic best practices standards.
- Create behavior measurement systems for monitoring progress of enrolled youth and guide decisions on plan updates.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a mental health field and two (2) years' experience in the field of behavior analysis.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst eligible within one year preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a verified clean driving record and reliable vehicle available for work.
