Job Title: Model Manager

Northrop Grumman is seeking a skilled Model Manager to join our team. As a Model Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing model-based requirements, integration, and architecture for our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage model-based requirements and architecture for our systems
  • Review and validate technical architecture content
  • Lead a team of architects, including goal setting, performance reviews, and people management
  • Collect and report team progress to upper management
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule following established procedures and schedules
  • Act as a liaison and point of contact to the customer, elaborating on and showing traceability to the government defined operational architecture
  • Run the Cross-IPT Sentinel Architecture Working Group to collaborate across the program
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and a minimum 6 years of related experience or Masters Degree in STEM with 4 years of related experience
  • Active DoD Secret clearance with an in-scope investigation date within the last 6 years
  • Must be eligible to obtain Enhanced Security Clearances (SAP/PAR) within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs
  • 1 year of experience leading a team or driving performance against schedule
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices
