Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global product marketing strategies that align with market needs and drive business results.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products, expand into new markets, and drive competitive differentiation.
  • Collaborate with product management to drive product roadmaps that meet customer needs and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product development and strategic positioning.
  • Drive product marketing campaigns that align with content, demand generation, and customer success initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results.
  • Act as a thought leader both internally and externally, representing our company at industry events, in media interactions, and with analysts.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in product marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of building, scaling, and managing high-performing teams while driving successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience in SaaS or digital-first platforms, particularly in content management, API-driven products, or marketing ecosystems.
  • Strong expertise in developing product messaging and positioning, a deep understanding of competitive differentiation, and applying messaging across multiple different personas.
  • Demonstrated success in leading launches multiple times a year to scale new products. Experience in launching in new categories in the global market is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, simple, and engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset, with experience using data to inform decisions and track the success of product marketing initiatives.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, enablement, and customer teams to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Experience in leading product marketing efforts across multiple product lines, including product launches, sales enablement, and market expansion strategies.
  • Creativity mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo, dream big, take risks, and influence execution of new ideas.
