Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This role involves providing front office support functions, including appointment scheduling, patient registration, cashiering, and answering incoming calls.

Responsibilities
  • Manage patient appointments and schedules
  • Verify patient demographics and insurance information
  • Collect copayments, co-insurance, and deductibles
  • Process medical records and ensure confidentiality
  • Communicate effectively with patients, employees, and the public
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service
  • Beginner-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary Information

The estimated hourly salary for this position is $20.50-$32.67 per hour, based on local labor markets, education, and work experience.
