Magnet Medical is seeking an experienced travel nurse to join their team as a traveling Endoscopy specialist in the Burlington, Vermont area.

About the Position

This 26-week assignment offers the chance to work with a reputable healthcare facility and gain valuable experience in endoscopy care. As a travel nurse, you will be responsible for delivering direct patient care using the nursing process and adhering to the healthcare facility's unit-specific job description.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Requirements and Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A graduate degree in nursing (RN) from an accredited program
  • Previous experience as a registered nurse (RN)
  • An active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice
Workplace Conditions

The selected candidate can expect:

  • Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching
  • Moderate to heavy physical demands, including standing and walking for extended periods
  • Possible exposure to chemicals, radiation, infectious diseases/waste, and bloodborne pathogens
Compensation and Benefits

The pay package for this assignment includes a tax-free stipend amount to be determined, based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week. This compensation reflects industry standards for travel nurses working in the Burlington, Vermont area.
