Job Summary:

Post-Acute Rehab Solutions is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide skilled home health services to patients in need of rehabilitation. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in restoring motion and ensuring that our clients can function at their best.

Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, promoting independence and mobility.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Requirements:

Active license in the state of TX required.
OT Liability insurance in the state of TX required.
Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy.
Home Health or Rehab experience preferred.
