Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Steward Health Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with physicians to provide high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients, planning and implementing clinical care, and facilitating its delivery to patients and family members. You will also evaluate the process and outcome of clinical services and make suggestions for improvement. Additionally, you will take vitals, administer medication, assist in exams and procedures as needed, and record patient information into our electronic medical record system.
Responsibilities:
• Assess patients and families as appropriate
• Plan and implement clinical care
• Facilitate the delivery of clinical care to patients and families
• Evaluate the process and outcome of clinical services and make suggestions for improvement
• Take vitals, administer medication, and assist in exams and procedures as needed
• Record patient information into our electronic medical record system
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• High school graduate or equivalent required
• Graduate of accredited License Practical Nursing Program required
• Current LPN license required
• Previous experience preferred
