Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Director of Operations to lead our team and ensure the smooth execution of events. This role involves being the main point of contact for clients, collaborating with internal staff, overseeing on-site event operations, and managing facility preparation.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage client relationships and event logistics effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- At least five years of experience in warehouse, delivery, or route management is essential.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 70 lbs.
- A professional appearance is expected at all times.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to apply mathematical skills for problem-solving is necessary.
- Basic computer skills are beneficial, with training on rental software provided.
- Clear English communication skills, both verbal and written, are required; additional language skills are a plus.
- Must successfully pass a company-administered drug screening.
- Consistent and reliable attendance is mandatory.
- Full mobility and dexterity are necessary.
- Ability to follow and complete written, verbal, or scheduled instructions is essential.
- Must foster a positive and cooperative working environment with colleagues.
$90,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year, based on location and experience.
