Clinical Mental Health Professional

Thriveworks, a clinician-founded national private practice group with locations across the US, is seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Framingham, MA.
Compensation: Up to $183,100 per year, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Our compensation package includes guaranteed pay, paid orientation, PTO, annual pay increases, additional bonus opportunities, and flexibility with your schedule.

What We Need:
- Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) who are willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
- Behavioral Health Generalists open to seeing couples and/or children, with support provided.
- Candidates looking to grow into leadership roles/supervisors.
- Individuals with strong character, integrity, honesty, adaptability, and a commitment to quality care.
