Job Title: Infusion Nurse

Soleo Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Infusion Nurse to join our team. As an Infusion Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe administration of infusion therapy in the home or alternate site setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, care planning, and education of patients receiving infusion therapy.
  • Evaluate and educate patients/care partners on safe administration of home infusion therapy and provide additional instruction as needed.
  • Evaluate the home environment where care is to be provided and identify interventions to render the home care environment safe and appropriate for prescribed care.
  • Develop and maintain caseload scheduling via company-approved platform and communicate any scheduling changes as needed.
  • Coordinate care via approved company platform and participate in on-call rotation to ensure continuous nursing support services to our customers.
  • Document all communications at time of service as appropriate per Soleo policy.
  • Strong knowledge of therapies provided by Soleo and work in conjunction with appropriate departments to ensure all required patient documents are completed and returned to the branch office within acceptable timeframe.
Requirements:
  • RN degree, BSN preferred.
  • Advanced certification in specialty areas of practice (e.g., CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required.
  • On-call requirement: This position requires participation in an on-call rotation, nights and weekends included, providing as-needed support outside of regular business hours to address urgent issues and ensure continuous operations.
  • Administrative oversight: Responsible for providing administrative oversight, including monitoring of workflows, ensuring compliance with policies, and managing resources efficiently to meet organizational objectives.
  • Emergency availability: Must be available to respond promptly to emergencies, ensuring rapid and effective resolution of issues to minimize impact on operations.
  • Minimum 3 years nursing experience with background in infusion therapy preferred.
  • Current nursing license for applicable home state.
  • Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with no significant restrictions on that license.
