Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Bob Evans Restaurants. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will ensure that our guests receive the highest quality dining experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the dish tank area, ensuring that cleaned dishes are available for service.
  • Follow food safety guidelines for washing, drying, and storing dishware and utensils.
  • Remove cardboard and grease, and maintain the cleanliness of the parking lot.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of property around the restaurant, including the foyer, front porch, and sidewalk.
  • Empty trash from designated areas throughout the shift.
  • Work with other staff to ensure 100% guest satisfaction as it pertains to dining room cleanliness.
  • May be asked to assist in other job categories as well.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time.
  • Ability to accurately read, organize, and coordinate tickets.
