About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Technical Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a Cloud Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing consultative architectural and operational guidance to our customers, helping them achieve the greatest value from AWS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on AWS services and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business and technical needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and features, and apply this knowledge to provide innovative solutions to customers.
  • Work closely with customers to identify and prioritize technical and business requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline, and 2+ years of equivalent work experience or 4+ years of related work experience.
  • 2+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • Experience in Information Technology operations.
  • Understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework pillars and ability to properly apply them to existing or new customer architecture, implementations, and/or solutions.
  • Professional oral and written communication skills, presenting to an audience containing one or more executive team member(s).
