About the Job: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse I to join our Cardiology Services General B team at Saint Francis Health System in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role: As a Registered Nurse I, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our 40-bed Cardiac Telemetry Unit. This fast-paced unit specializes in acute and chronic heart failure, and our nursing staff work closely with Cardiology, Hospitalists, and Case Management teams.

About Our Team: Our nursing professionals provide care for a wide variety of medical conditions, including chest pain, atrial fibrillation, peripheral vascular disease, pulmonary embolism, deep vein thrombosis, and post-cardiac intervention. We offer a great team environment and opportunities for seasoned nurses and new nurses alike to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with complex medical conditions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Provide education to patients and families about disease management, medication, and lifestyle changes
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and outcomes

About You: To be successful in this role, you should have a diploma or degree in nursing from an accredited program, a valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License, and 0-6 months of related experience. You should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
