Salary
$16.50-$18 per hour

Job Description
The Admissions Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the admissions department, ensuring seamless communication with students, parents, and staff. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
  • Welcoming families and individuals to admissions, updating the chalkboard sign for each tour, and providing hospitality and information.
  • Receiving applications, providing next steps information, and utilizing the Novo program for displaying vital details.
  • Managing the Admissions Tracking Sheet, including logging calls, tours, and actions taken, and reporting activity updates to the Director of Admissions/Marketing.
  • Generating reports related to metrics from the Admissions Contact Information and maintaining accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong computer literacy, with experience in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude. Additional qualifications include:
  • Able to accurately type 35 wpm.
  • A self-starter who can prioritize workload and complete tasks efficiently with a high level of accuracy.
  • A strong communicator who writes and speaks articulately using proper spelling and grammar.
