Resident Instructor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Instructor to join our team at Community Residences. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized plans of care to promote independence and well-being.
- Provide direct support and care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities and medical needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Monitor and report changes in client behavior, medical conditions, and other relevant information.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- At least two years of experience in human services or a related field.
- Valid CT driver's license and good driving record.
- Reliable transportation and ability to transport clients.
Work Schedule
Thursday and Friday, 11pm-7am, with 24 hours of availability.
