ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

AS A DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL, YOU WILL:
  • Provide direct assistance in a residential or day program setting.
YOUR DUTIES INCLUDE:
  • Offering support and guidance with daily activities to ensure the health and safety of those in your care. This includes meal preparation, housekeeping, and organizing enjoyable activities.
  • Providing hands-on assistance and encouragement to promote independence among individuals.
  • Ensuring the comfort, safety, and personal development of those you support.
  • Assisting with essential daily living tasks such as mobility, personal hygiene, and dressing.
  • Encouraging individuals to achieve their personal goals through positive reinforcement.
  • No prior experience? We offer comprehensive paid training and hands-on experience for qualified candidates.
