Job Summary:

As a Titanium Furnace Operator at PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining titanium casting furnaces to produce high-quality castings and ingots. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain titanium casting furnaces to produce castings and ingots

MIG weld electrodes for the casting process

Complete all tracking and documentation as required

Adhere to all department and company procedures and policies

Load molds in burnout ovens

Train casting helpers

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent GED required

Ability to perform basic arithmetic

Mechanically inclined

Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

Production operation experience preferred

MIG welding experience helpful

Ability to use and understand basic computer functions

Working Conditions:

The job is performed under reasonably good working conditions with some exposure to noise, temperature, and machinery. The schedule includes alternating weekend day shifts, weekday graveyard shifts, and weekend graveyard shifts with varying shift differentials.
