Nursing Leadership Role in Transitional Care

About the Job
This is a Day Shift position, with a scheduled 36 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership and experience working in transitional care settings.
Job Responsibilities
As a Charge RN, you will be responsible for:
• Leading and coordinating nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Assessing patient needs and developing effective care plans
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to achieve optimal outcomes
• Evaluating care effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement
• Participating in the hiring and training processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent education and licensure
• At least one year of registered nurse experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and any relevant specialty certifications
