Job Description

Pape Machinery, Inc. is seeking a skilled Agriculture Equipment Technician to join their team in Ponderay. As a key member of the Agriculture & Turf Division, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of equipment repairs in the shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on all makes and models of agriculture equipment in the shop.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on diesel and small engines, as well as mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems, and air conditioning systems.
  • Collaborate with other trained Mechanics in a shop environment.

Requirements:

  • 2 or more years of working knowledge of diesel and small engines and agricultural equipment.
  • Dealership experience is preferred.
  • A team-oriented personality with the focus and drive to work without direct supervision.
  • Must provide own tools.
