Job Summary:

The Physician Assistant - Rehabilitation Specialist will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, focusing on rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformity in patients with disease or injury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment programs, plans of care, goals, and discharge plans for patients' physical therapy needs.
  • Implement treatment plans, select activities to progress patients towards goals, revise goals/plans with patient/family input, and provide ongoing education and training.
  • Document evaluations and plans of care according to departmental guidelines, treatment sessions according to departmental protocols, and complete required documentation within facility and program guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited physician assistant program, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
  • Board-certified Physician Assistant, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and BLS Instructor certification.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
