We are seeking experienced Nurse Specialists to join our team in the New Castle area. As a Home Health Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, working closely with medical professionals to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.

The ideal candidate will have a valid LPN/RN license within the State of Utah, CPR certification, and at least one year of experience in healthcare. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required for commuting to patient locations.

Salary: $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include dental insurance, disability insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
