About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Carrier to join our team at HomeSense. As a Key Carrier, you will play a critical role in maintaining the overall success of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are supported and empowered to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure that team members are equipped to succeed.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks and activities are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and that merchandise is properly displayed and maintained.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and address potential loss prevention issues, working closely with management to implement effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Leadership Experience: 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
