We are seeking a diligent Housekeeping Associate to join our team at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and removing trash
  • Restock housekeeping carts with supplies and linens
  • Transport housekeeping carts to assigned areas
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle proprietary information with discretion

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
  • Able to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (up to 25 pounds) without assistance
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals
