Private Duty Nurse LPN Position for Medically Fragile Children

As a Private Duty Nurse LPN at Aveanna Healthcare LLC, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional care to medically fragile children in their homes. We are seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities
This role involves implementing the physician-prescribed plan of care, conducting patient assessments, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. You will also administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies while maintaining accurate and compliant documentation of care provided. Additionally, you will promote health education and training for family members and accept verbal orders from physicians as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you must have an active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state where you will practice. A current CPR certification is also mandatory. Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not necessary. Reliable transportation is essential for this role.
Benefits
Aveanna offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
