Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $71,250 - $83,500 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on the typical pay range for Staff Pharmacists in the industry.

Job Description
In this position, you will play a critical role in delivering our purpose by modeling our values and demonstrating genuine care for patients. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for supporting the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy, including patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have an active pharmacy license in the state where you are employed, not be on the DEA Excluded Parties List, have immunization certification through an accredited organization (i.e., APhA), and be free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances. A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree is also preferred.
