Estimated Salary:

$70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on experience.

Job Description
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct a team of Pre-Production Operators in the assembly of complex catheters.
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship standards and complete inspections to ensure product conformity.
  • Collaborate with the Research & Development team to support project development and validation activities.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members in assembly processes and operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate effectively with decision-makers.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Research & Development or production assembly, preferably with leadership roles.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to read and understand measurements, proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), and excellent communication skills.
