Kaiser Permanente seeks a skilled Physical Therapist for an inpatient role in California.
About the JobAs a member of our rehabilitation team, you will work under the direction of the Rehabilitation Services Director to provide physical therapy management to patients. This is a 20-hour per week position with flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients to determine the nature and extent of dysfunction, establishing treatment goals and plans accordingly.
- Implement treatment programs through direct patient care, delegating tasks as needed to supportive personnel, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals.
- Provide accurate documentation of patient management, ensuring timely and effective treatment progression.
- A graduate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
- California Physical Therapist License required at hire.
- BLS certification necessary at hire.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
