About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Administrator in Training at Pennsburg Manor in Pennsburg, PA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in nursing home administration, working closely with our experienced Preceptor to prepare you for a successful career in this field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in task groups with multi-site and/or company-wide impact
  • Develop and execute special projects that add value to the nursing center
  • Observe or fully contribute in all aspects of leading a nursing center, including family conferences, team meetings, new employee orientation, clinical care conferences, financial and labor management meetings, and more
  • Provide center leadership with regular support, feedback, and information regarding current nursing center operations and suggestions for improvement
