The Bungalows at Branson Meadows is seeking a skilled Server to provide exceptional dining and table services to residents and guests in our community's dining rooms and designated areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Server

  • Set up and maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment, adhering to Phoenix Senior Living standards.
  • Provide prompt and attentive service to residents and guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and satisfying.
  • Prepare and serve meals in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards, complying with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Manage dining room operations, including cleaning, restocking, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

Requirements:

Server

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living preferred.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

Server

  • Understanding of infection control procedures and ability to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, guests, and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask, manage stress, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competent in time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
