Strategic HR Business Partner for Supply Chain Excellence

The Strategic HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in supporting our Supply Chain organization. This seasoned professional will work collaboratively to drive business performance by providing strategic direction, coaching, and development. Key responsibilities include partnering with operations leadership to deliver initiatives that strengthen organizational capabilities in talent management, leadership development, organizational design, culture, engagement, change management, and employee relations.
This role requires a proven ability to develop and articulate clear, compelling HR strategies in a performance-driven culture. Strong organizational and influencing skills are necessary to effectively translate these strategies into actionable initiatives. The successful candidate will be a natural leader, contemporary thinker with high energy, who can influence, inspire, and motivate others.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with Supply Chain leaders to develop and implement strategies that support business goals.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with functional business leaders on driving business initiatives aligned with organizational strategy.
3. Act as an exemplary HR and business role model for the organization, leading by example with impeccable standards and high levels of integrity.
4. Provide trusted advice to management and employees on all aspects of employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary action.
5. Develop and execute HR strategies that attract, develop, and engage talent in a performance-driven culture.
6. Lead in organizational design, talent assessment, and succession planning.
7. Educate leaders and build processes to ensure policy and legislative compliance.
8. Build and nurture strong working relationships with functional leadership through regular coaching and support.
9. Contribute to the development of tactics, processes, and policies to drive functional goals.
10. Lead HR-related change initiatives within the organization, ensuring employees are engaged and supported during transition.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Well-versed in US and Canadian employment law and compliance.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forward-thinking with proven leadership success within a Human Resources function in a large matrix and complex organization.
• Ability to influence, lead change, and role-model positive behaviors that drive business performance.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, with strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly the ability to listen and synthesize information effectively.
• Authentic, confident, positive, results-oriented, and highly accountable.
• Experience in labor relations and positive employee relations.
Compensation: $145,000 - $185,000 per annum, based on location, education, skill level, and experience. Aspire Bakeries offers a competitive compensation package and robust benefits program that recognizes your value and contributions.
