Responsibilities:
  • Engage and interact with customers daily to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Attend sales trainings and coaching camps to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Foster team building and provide mentorship to fellow colleagues to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience from presentation through installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist customers through the roofing buying process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.

  • Possess outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, integrity, and unwavering determination to drive sales growth and achieve success.
  • Thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Naturally adept at building relationships and skilled in articulating thoughts and ideas to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
