OneDay Roofing Llc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join its elite sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with pre-qualified prospects and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:- Engage and interact with customers daily to understand their needs and preferences.
- Attend sales trainings and coaching camps to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Foster team building and provide mentorship to fellow colleagues to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer experience from presentation through installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist customers through the roofing buying process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
- Possess outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Demonstrate self-motivation, integrity, and unwavering determination to drive sales growth and achieve success.
- Thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Naturally adept at building relationships and skilled in articulating thoughts and ideas to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Start earning commission immediately, with a realistic potential to achieve six-figure earning potential in the first year.
