About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Community Life Assistant / Activity Assistant to join our team at The Ridge Pinehurst LLC. As a Community Life Assistant, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents by planning, organizing, and carrying out activities and events that promote socialization, engagement, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute activities and events that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.
- Provide recreational therapy and one-on-one activities to promote physical and emotional well-being.
- Work with volunteers, vendors, and family members to ensure a seamless experience for our residents.
- Encourage intercommunity participation and promote activities and events through our online LifeLoop platform.
- Communicate effectively with residents, team members, and stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Community life or senior living experience preferred.
- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
- COVID-19 vaccine and any required boosters.
