Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Professional to join our team. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care, from assessment and diagnosis to treatment and recovery. Your expertise and knowledge will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care possible.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. You will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Analyze data and identify trends to inform care decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent.
  • Active license to practice nursing in the State of Iowa.
  • Certification by a nationally recognized nursing organization preferred.
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
