About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Integrative Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Nature's Way. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat service channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Care: Provide seamless service to customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Account Administration: Manage customer accounts, including logistics and other customer care management tasks.
  • Sales Support: Assist customers with sales-related inquiries, provide product information, and facilitate orders.
  • Documentation and Feedback: Capture and document customer feedback to inform business decisions and improve customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
