Lobby Security Specialist - Hiring Now (CT Security License and clean driving record required)

Compensation: $19.16 / hour

Schedule: Thursday, 3 pm to 7 pm

We are seeking candidates with prior shift lead experience in security.
  • Maintain a high level of alertness and vigilance while stationed in the Lobby
  • Welcome guests and staff with professionalism
  • Manage the sign-in process for guests and contractors
  • Familiarity with building alarm systems is preferred, or a willingness to learn
  • Serve as the primary contact for Truck Gate personnel during incidents and respond according to established protocols
  • Act promptly and effectively in response to alarms, fires, medical emergencies, etc.
  • Assist in the evacuation of the building when necessary
  • Oversee the building's CCTV surveillance system
  • Possess a valid CT Guard Card and driver's license
  • Must be capable and willing to operate a marked company vehicle

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service as your primary focus.
  • Monitor and report on activities within your assigned area.
  • Provide quick responses during critical situations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in writing detailed reports.
  • Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards appropriately.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive screening process.
  • Previous experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is advantageous.
  • CT Guard Card is mandatory.
