We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Provider to join our team at Alteas Health.

About the Role

As a Primary Care Provider at Alteas Health, you will be responsible for analyzing patient histories, diagnosing and treating acute health care problems, and recommending diagnostic or therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze patient data and develop effective treatment plans
  • Diagnose and treat acute health care problems, including prescribing medications as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Educate patients on self-management of acute or chronic illnesses
