Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Equipment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to customers at various sites across the country.

About the Role:

  • You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless customer service and equipment maintenance.
  • You will commission new equipment, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair existing equipment, and provide telephone customer support.
  • You will also prepare reports documenting your work and the performance of the equipment.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Service Support:
    • Provide technical service support on existing installations to ensure systems meet building occupancy codes and efficient operation requirements.
  • Equipment Commissioning and Maintenance:
    • Commission and program control systems, integrating with other systems related to building automation.
    • Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Customer Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and satisfy their needs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of $30-$35 per hour target base salary, depending on experience and location.
