Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing team, enabling hardware innovators to build better products faster.

About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with top-tier companies, ensuring Fictiv fully understands customer requirements and configures optimal solutions to address those needs.

  • You will identify and develop strategic manufacturing contracts, allowing customers to develop revolutionary new products at unprecedented speeds.
  • Your proven leadership skills will be essential in coordinating the efforts of a highly capable Fictiv team supporting you in every opportunity.

You will deliver sales presentations, organize site visits, and product demonstrations to represent Fictiv effectively and compellingly.

Developing senior-level relationships with business leaders, earning their trust and confidence to partner with Fictiv for all manufacturing needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic account business plans for target accounts in the region.
  • Prospect to build and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Identify and secure opportunities with prototyping, ramp, production, and long-term, strategic manufacturing contracts.
  • Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting in Salesforce.com.
  • Lead and manage customer contract negotiations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in working remotely and developing account plans and pipelines.
  • Manufacturing or industry-related experience required.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.

The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000 per year (base plus variable).
