">About the Role
">We are seeking a skilled Cash Accounting Specialist to join our Record to Report team. This role will be responsible for validating, tracking, and researching cash transactions for NPKC. You will also communicate with various departments, prepare journal entries, and reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts.
">Responsibilities

- Validate, track, and research cash transactions for NPKC">
- Communicate with various departments if follow-up is needed for backup received">
- Prepare journal entries">
- Set up/update accounts, templates, and auto-tagging rules in Oracle and SAP ECC">
- Reconcile and monitor assigned balance sheet accounts">
- Work with IT and Project teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and test system upgrades">
- Prepare quarterly and year-end deliverables for internal departments">
- Varying other activities to support the responsibilities of the Record to Report team">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- 2+ years' experience">
- A Business degree with an accounting major">
- Demonstrated ability to understand moderately complex processes to improve efficiency">
- Intermediate-level Excel skills">
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills with a high attention to detail">
- Understanding of multiple currencies and foreign exchange revaluation and translation (an asset)">
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS and SAP (an asset)">

">At Nutrien, we offer a competitive compensation package including an estimated salary range of $64,000 - $88,000 annually, based on location and experience. We also provide comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, life insurance, and disability coverage.
