We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Operations Manager to lead the growth of our district stores.

Job Summary

The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction in our district stores. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop store teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement district-level strategies to achieve sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with store managers to analyze operating expenses, optimize store processes, and drive financial performance
  • Lead sales strategy and growth initiatives, including major account development, wholesale partnerships, and retail sales promotions
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Oversee inventory management, delivery fleet operations, and other physical assets to maximize returns
  • Implement asset protection and safety programs, monitoring accuracy of fixed asset listings
  • Provide accurate and timely financial projections, preparing ad-hoc financial reports as needed
  • Manage payroll budgets, monitor gross profit margins, and work with pricing teams to identify margin opportunities
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A four-year business-related degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of store operations experience, preferably in retail or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and leverage technology effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service and team leadership
  • Sales-driven and customer-focused, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
