Overview:

Mountain Air Conditioning and Heating is seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing residential water treatment equipment, including R/O systems, tankless water heaters, and whole home water filtration systems.

This is a full-time, field position working primarily in customers' homes. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, identify additional revenue opportunities, and maintain good working order of company vehicles.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of plumbing experience
  • Journeyman's license required
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, diagnose, and repair residential water treatment equipment
  • Identify additional revenue opportunities
  • Maintain good working order of company vehicles
  • Document installed equipment and photos in ServiceTitan software
  • Understand company pricing and generate customer invoices

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of plumbing experience
  • Journeyman's license required
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions
