MIKID is Arizona's largest family support nonprofit, and we're seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Direct Service Providers.

As a Direct Service Provider, you will provide support, guidance, and direction to members attending Community or Center Based programs. You will work closely with the Direct Service Manager to ensure that our members receive the highest level of care and support.

Responsibilities:

* Provide direct care services to members in their homes, licensed facilities, or in the community
* Support the emotional, physical, and mental well-being of members and their families
* Collaborate with the Direct Service Manager to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements:

* High school degree or equivalent
* Must be age 21 or over
* One year experience in behavioral health or childcare
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills
* Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
* Bi-lingual a plus
* Preference will be given to individuals who have a family member with behavioral health issues or have participated in the life of a person with behavioral health issues
* CPR/1st Aid Certified
* Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance or ability to obtain
* Valid Arizona Driver's License, business use vehicle insurance, and vehicle registration
