Administrative Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Schedule-Updating Google Doc from the Master schedule and sending out notifications to the team.
Updating Kroger Service calls in Shared Google Doc.
Updating Kroger Service calls in both Service Hub & Service Now websites.
Assist Accounts receivables with getting job numbers created.
Assist with take offs of projects to bid in Planswift.
Assist with Project submittals and Closeout Documents.
Downloading and exporting the Fluke Tester (Test reports from the field).
Assist with sending out Purchase Orders to vendors.
Assist in Warehouse with receiving incoming deliveries.
Assist in warehouse with pulling and staging materials for installations.
Assist with questions from field techs as needed.
Review tools and ladder inventory sheets as needed.
Eventually pricing up Work order tickets to turn into Account receivables.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a construction background.
Bachelor's degree in accounting/business, or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong math ability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
