Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRNA to work independently with our supportive team of 28 CRNAs and 10 anesthesiologists. As a CRNA with Pacific Companies, Inc., you will have the chance to handle a diverse range of cases, including bread-and-butter procedures, while enjoying a predictable schedule with a Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM workweek.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality anesthesia care to patients
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

Benefits

Pacific Companies, Inc. offers a comprehensive compensation package, including:

  • A guaranteed base salary of $250,000 - $280,000
  • Additonal shift rates of $1,400 - $1,600
  • Paid call compensation of $400 per shift, plus $150 per hour for call-back, with a guaranteed 2-hour minimum
  • Generous PTO, including 32.5 days of vacation, 5 CME days, and 12 holidays
  • Significant bonuses, including a $50,000 student loan repayment over 2 years and a $25,000 sign-on and relocation bonus
