Job Summary

Amazon Ads is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Release Manager to lead the release management of advertising products, tools, and services globally. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful launch of advertising solutions that impact all Amazon advertisers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive product discussions with executive representatives to align on vision, goals, and roadmap.
  • Work cross-functionally with leaders to create product material, service team training, and operational readiness.
  • Actively drive discussions cross-organization for CX/service team usability, feature design trade-offs, product gap prioritization, and org-level business goals.
  • Coordinate large, multi-functional projects on-time, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of compliance, audit, or risk management experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles/Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent.
  • Master's degree or equivalent.
