We're looking for a skilled Design Verification Engineer at Apple, where our new ideas have a way of becoming great products, services, and customer experiences quickly.

This critical role is within our Hardware Technology team and requires expertise in verifying the functionality and performance of Apple's premier SOCs.

You'll be responsible for collaborating with various teams to ensure the quality of the SOC or an IP or subsystem, reviewing design and architecture specifications, and working closely with design & micro-architecture teams.

A key component of this job is understanding the functional & performance goals of the design and using this knowledge to test optimally. You'll develop test plans, tests & coverage plans as well as define our next generation verification methodology & testbenches.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in digital verification, preferably in the semiconductor industry

Desired Skills:

  • Expertise in SystemVerilog, digital simulation, and debug
  • Knowledge of computer architecture and digital design fundamentals
  • Proficiency in SW programming with knowledge of data structures and algorithms
  • Familiarity with Python, Perl, or similar scripting languages

Additional Requirements: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

The salary range for this position is between $135,400 and $250,600, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
