Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Residential Leasing Consultant to join our team at Axis Residential, LLC. This exciting opportunity will allow you to build strong relationships with prospective and current residents while ensuring the highest level of occupancy in our mid-rise affordable community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute leasing strategies to drive occupancy levels and resident satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to stay up-to-date on local market trends and competitor activity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through targeted follow-ups, personalized tours, and informative orientations.
  • Maintain accurate records, including leasing documents, rentable items, and property activities.
  • Ensure timely collection of rents and other income due, while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A relational and influential approach to building strong relationships with residents and community team members.
  • Determination, ambition, and self-motivation, with a commitment to excellence in work.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English communication.
  • Preferred experience in residential property management, retail, sales, or customer service, with familiarity with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, etc.).
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google-Suite, property management software (i.e., Yardi, On-Site), and CRM solutions.
