About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Williams-Sonoma in Cherry Creek. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized cash wrap area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for every customer
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling sales, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain a clean and organized cash wrap area, adhering to visual standards and ensuring adequate supplies
  • Upsell and cross-sell products, promoting Williams-Sonoma's brands and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive team environment
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 pounds, while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
