Maintenance Technician

The Primary Maintenance Person is responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior cleanliness of the restaurant, as well as ensuring the proper functioning of equipment. This is a full-time position that requires availability on weekdays and weekends, with a schedule from 4 am to 12 pm.
Key Responsibilities- Filtering oil fryers daily
- Maintaining outside grounds
- Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
- Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
- Take out and empty trash compactor
- Change light bulbs
- Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
- Starting hourly wage - $21.00
