Job Summary

We are seeking a Bi-lingual Assistant Manager to join our team. This role involves daily communication and relationships with the Midway Staffing team and clients, as well as assisting with onboarding processes, placing job postings, and recruiting top talent. The ideal candidate will have prior on-site, recruiting, or staffing experience and be bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain daily communication and relationships with the Midway Staffing team and respective clients.
  • Assist with the Company and/or client's onboarding process by ensuring new hires complete all necessary paperwork before starting.
  • Place and update job postings through various channels, including internet/intranet sites, colleges, social networks, community boards, and staffing partners.
  • Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume and phone screens, candidate interviews, and recommend the final selection of applicants.
  • Create job order forms, maintain applicant tracking systems, recruiting reports, and other staffing administration functions as needed.
  • Arrange pre-employment testing and background & reference screenings when required.
  • Attend and participate in job fairs, community activities, and other public and departmental recruitment-related events.
  • Assist with payroll and approving time cards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish Required.
  • Prior On-Site, recruiting, or staffing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to be flexible and function well in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • High School Diploma or GED, required.
Location and Salary

This role is located in Bolingbrook, IL, and offers a competitive salary of $23 per hour, Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with employer match, paid time off, and holiday pay.
